ALTD Golf Classic Confirmation
Thank you for registering for the 2013 ALTD Golf Classic, Sponsoring a Hole, and/or providing a donation!
After you finish the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from our Golf Classic coordinator, Dan Piecha. If you do not receive an e-mail with 48 hours, please call or e-mail Dan at (262) 581-7523 or danpiecha@yahoo.com, to confirm your registration.
NEXT STEP: PAY FEES
We are happy to provide you the convenience of paying online either with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover/Novus) or an electronic check (auto-draft), but you will need to calculate your total amount due prior to processing the card (our system is unable to calculate for you at this time). Fees are:
$300.00 – Foursome (includes dinner)
$80.00 – Individual (includes dinner)
$100.00 – Hole Sponsorship
$25.00 – Dinner Only (per person)
One-time Donation (specify amount)
Step-by-step Directions to Pay Fees Online
To go to ALTD's online banking portal to pay fees, click here OR on the graphic below:
Once you reach the banking portal, you can use the "Quick Pay" option or create a New User account. If you create a user, follow the prompts to do so.
For this example, we will select the "Quick Pay" option. See diagram below.
Choose your "Payment Type."
Select "ALTD Golf Classic" from the drop-down menu.
Enter your "Transaction Information."
In the "Description" field, please put the name of person registering and what you are registering for. For example, "John Doe Foursome & 4 Extra Dinners."
Enter your total amount due in the "Amount" field. If your registration form does not match your payment, a member of the golf committee will follow-up with you.
Enter your "Account Information."
In the "Payment Type" field, choose if you wish to pay by Check or Credit Card. Please note: there is a $4.75 convenience fee to pay by credit card, but the check option is free.
In the "Account Type" field, if you selected Check, select if your account is a Checking or Savings account. If you selected Credit Card, select if your card is a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover/Novus.
Fill out the remaining Account Information fields as prompted.
Enter in your "Billing Information" as prompted.
If you prefer to use a paper trail, download the PDF Registration Form here. Complete the form and pay by check (make check payable to "ALTD" and denote "ALTD Golf Classic" in the Memo line) and mail them to:
